Let’s see it on your own data
The fastest way to know whether this is for you is to see it on your own work: one crew, one workflow, one month. Standing that up takes us a couple of days and costs you a conversation.
Two doors, and most shops should take the first
An augment pilot
One crew, one workflow, one month. Your system of record stays exactly as it is — we take the work in over a webhook, a nightly file or a read of a database you own, your rules fire, and your techs run the checklist on our app.
Nothing in your office changes. If it does not earn its place in a month, you stop and your system never knew it happened.
More of the modules
Dispatch board, customers, sites, equipment, people, crews, zones, recurring commitments, routes, purchasing, billing and on-call — with the field app and the office SOPs on top.
Take as many as earn their place. It is complete enough to run the whole shop on, and nothing obliges you to.
Tell us what you run today and we will tell you honestly which of these two we would recommend, including when the answer is neither yet.
Is the field app the only problem? Keep your ERP and replace its mobile add-on. The case for that →
Talk to us
Call us or email us. A person picks up, and a person answers.
Either way, tell us:
- Your trade — plumbing, HVAC, electrical, courier, appliance repair, marine, fire and sprinkler, refrigeration — and roughly how many techs are in the field.
- What you run today. ServiceTitan, FieldEdge, Procore, Acumatica, HouseCall Pro, BuildOps, a whiteboard — whatever it is. We are not asking you to leave it.
- What’s driving this. Jobs run differently depending on who shows up? Paperwork coming back thin? Techs refusing to use the app they have? Quotes dying in an inbox? All of it?
- The one thing that, if it worked, would make the whole thing worth it. We want to hear that one first.
There is no form funnel here, no automated sequence, and nobody from a call center. We are a small shop building for contractors, and we’d rather have a real conversation with you than a lead score about you.
What we need from you
Less than you’d think, and it depends on how the work reaches us. Here is the honest list for each.
If you run ServiceTitan, FieldEdge, Procore, Acumatica or anything else
| From you | Why |
|---|---|
| One way to send us the work | A webhook when a job is assigned, a nightly file, an API key, or a read of a database you already own. Whichever is easiest for you — we handle the rest. |
| Your tech list | Names and an email each. That’s how each tech sees their own work and nobody else’s. |
| One crew and one job type to start | A pilot is one crew, one workflow, one month. It does not need to be the whole company to be a fair test. |
| The checklist you wish they ran | Even scribbled on a page. That is the SOP — we build the first one with you and you edit it from there. |
| An hour of your time | You and a couple of your best techs, using it on real work and telling us what’s wrong. This is the part that actually matters. |
If you run an on-premise ERP we support
| From you | Why |
|---|---|
| Read access to your ERP’s database | So the app can show your real jobs, customers, parts and prices. Nothing is copied out; your ERP stays put. |
| A Windows machine on your network | Any machine that stays on. A small piece of software runs there and dials out — no inbound port, no firewall change. |
| Your tech list | Names and their technician codes from your ERP. That’s how each tech sees their own work and nobody else’s. |
| Your trucks and warehouses | So van stock and parts come off the right truck the moment a tech signs in. |
| Who’s allowed to create work | Usually your leads, foremen and on-call crew. Everybody else gets the app without those buttons. |
What you don’t need
- No migration. In the augment model nothing moves out of the system you have. There’s nothing to import and nothing to reconcile afterward.
- No new phones. It runs on the ones your techs already carry, iPhone or Android.
- No app store, no device management, no IT project. A tech opens a link.
- No retraining the office. Your system of record looks exactly the same to them — the work just arrives in it sooner and more complete.
- No contract term. $75 per tech a month, and $25 a month buys 3 office seats — cancel at the end of any month, and the work stays yours because it never left your system in the first place.
And if something’s missing
Tell us. Custom features are available on request, and this is not a throwaway line — most of what ServiceProof does today exists because a contractor said “it would be better if…” and we built it. The whole reason we’re cheaper than the app you have is that we’re not charging you for six years of standing still.
