Pricing

Priced by the proof.

A workflow run is a piece of proof — one visit, documented, defensible. So that is the unit we charge for: cents per workflow, no seats, no minimum. Or go flat per tech when we’re running the whole day. Published numbers either way, so you can do the math before you talk to anyone.

What it costs

$0.25
per job workflow

One visit, documented. The checklist, the photos, the readings, the signature — and the PDF at the end of it. No seats to buy and nothing to cancel. If a truck doesn’t roll, you don’t pay.

$0.05
per activity workflow

Start of day, end of day, breaks, injury reports. A nickel, on purpose — see below. These are the ones nobody should ever think twice about running.

$75
per tech, per month

Run your business on us. The whole app, unmetered — dispatch, the clock, billing, van stock, purchase orders, photos, chat, lookup — white-labeled as yours, your name and your logo on your techs’ phones.

Office people are on top of either one: $25 a month buys 3 office seats — not one — for the on-call schedule, the directory, team chat and watching the work land. Most shops need one bundle. They’re optional; plenty of people start with techs only.

Where the line falls

Two prices means one of them is wrong for you, and we’d rather you worked out which before you sign up than after.

The arithmetic is not complicated: $75 buys about 300 job workflows at $0.25 each. Call it 13 jobs a day across a working month.

  • Fewer than that, metered is cheaper. Service and install work, where a tech does four to eight calls a day, sits well under the line — often at a third of the flat price.
  • More than that, go flat. Courier and route work, where a driver makes thirty stops before lunch, runs past it before the morning is out. We will tell you so rather than invoice you for it.
  • You can move. Start metered while you’re deciding and switch to per-tech when the volume says to. Monthly, both directions.

20$114.40$75.00Per tech, by $39.40
30$169.40$75.00Per tech, by $94.40

Twenty-two working days, and the metered column includes four activity workflows a day — on, off and two breaks — at $0.05, which is $4.40 of every figure in it. Your own numbers will differ. Send us a month of job counts and we’ll work it with those instead of these.

Why safety costs a nickel

An activity workflow is a fifth the price of a job workflow, and that is not a discount. It is the only number on this page we’d defend on principle rather than on cost.

Start of day. End of day. A break. An injury report. If any of those carried a real price, somewhere out there a foreman would do the math and decide today wasn’t worth logging — and the day you most need an injury report filed correctly is the day somebody is hurt and nobody is thinking about software.

So we priced them where the arithmetic never enters into it. A tech running four a day costs you $4.40 a month. Run more. Run them on everybody. We would genuinely rather you over-ran these than hesitated once.

What you stop paying

A typical ERP’s mobile add-on runs $115 to $250 per tech per month, and the lower end of that usually wants a longer commitment in exchange. When your crews are working in ServiceProof, those licenses come off at the end of the month.

Crew sizeTypical ERP at $150ServiceProofDifference
5 techs$750/mo$375/mo$4,500 a year
10 techs$1,500/mo$750/mo$9,000 a year
20 techs$3,000/mo$1,500/mo$18,000 a year
40 techs$6,000/mo$3,000/mo$36,000 a year

Techs against techs at our flat price, worked at the middle of the range. Office seats are on top — a 20-tech shop putting four dispatch and warehouse people on it needs two bundles, $50 a month, so the saving goes from $18,000 a year to $17,400. We’d rather you saw that number here than on your first invoice.

On the metered price a service shop lands lower still; on route work it lands higher. That’s the table above this one, and it’s why there are two prices.

And what you don’t pay at all

  • Every feature on this site. There is no higher tier holding half the app back.
  • White-labeling is included in the per-tech price, not sold as an enterprise add-on.
  • No setup fee.
  • No term — cancel at the end of any month.
  • Support from the people who build it. Not a queue.
  • New features as they ship, included.
  • Your data leaves with you. Always — every capability is an open REST route and MCP tool, and your records are a database of your own. That is not a pricing tier either. The open promise →

Open by design

Your data is yours. Always.

No lock-in as a business strategy. We would rather be worth keeping than hard to leave — so the doors are open, the files can sit on your own storage, everything goes out, and there is no term to serve.

🚪

Every capability is an open door

All 734 are a documented REST route and an MCP tool — the same doors our own screens use, with the same permissions. Nothing is screen-only, and the build fails if something ever is.

Everything goes out

No term. Cancel at the end of any month. If leaving is easy and you stay anyway, that is worth more to both of us than a contract that makes leaving expensive.

Buy only what you need

Metered pricing exists so that “try it on one crew” is a real answer and not a sales stage. A package price would undo the whole point of being able to start small.

  • One crew is a real way to buy this. Put the workflows on your commercial electrical crews and keep Procore for everything else. Run Acumatica and our app for your locksmith shops. That is a supported way to own the product, not a workaround.
  • One workflow is an even smaller way in. Run nothing but your start-of-day safety check through us, on forty trucks, and the bill is under two hundred dollars a month. People do exactly that.
  • You are not paying for a platform you are not using. In the augment model your system of record keeps doing what it does, and you pay for the workflows that actually run.
  • Add when you add trucks. Monthly, not annually, and not on a term that penalizes you for being right about the trial.
  • And cancel at the end of any month. In the augment model there is barely anything to unwind, because the system that runs your business never moved.

Custom work

Every shop runs a little differently, and the difference is usually the thing that makes you money.

ServiceProof exists because a plumbing company in Houston kept saying “it would be better if…” and somebody built it that week. Most of what’s on this site started as one of those sentences — the receipt photo at the supply counter, the on-call schedule, the past-due coloring, the way a canceled visit behaves.

If there’s a step your crews do that the app doesn’t know about yet, tell us. Custom features are available on request, and they tend to be measured in days rather than quarters.
